becoming a CSGer.What you'll doPartner with Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery for end-to-end Customer
Experience (CX) solutions
Identify, design, and present solutions utilizing CSG's CX product portfolio
Transform customer objectives into creative solutions
Create complex designs, assist in sales proposals, and execute
client-facing demonstrations
Drive solution selection, presentation, and adoption
Bridge the gap between CSG and customers, lead teams, and prioritize
business requirements for end to end CX solutions
Build strong customer relationships and own technical engagement
Collaborate on solutions architecture and requirements
Gather requirements, lead design sessions, and ensure technical viability
Lead cross-functional teams from sales to delivery handover
Develop solution architecture guidelines and provide feedback for improvements
Independently resolve complex projects and issues
Identify forums for sharing technology ideas and best practices
Lead efforts to capture and share knowledge within the CSG solution
architecture community
Stay updated on industry and product technology trends

the perfect fit.Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, related field, or
equivalent experience
Proficiency in English in a business environment
10+ years of relevant work experience in the area of product management,
solution design, and customer consulting in a SaaS based environment
Expertise in developing in any one of the following languages:
C/C, C#, JAVA, Python, and/or Perl on UNIX, LINUX, or
Windows operations systems
Expert understanding and experience with SOA
Oracle and PL/SQL experience
Experience in leading the planning and estimating of the full SDLC activities
