Responsible for helping define and drive the future experience for our call center representatives and the products they use.
Ability to lead and own a research project from start to finish including: formulation of research goals and objectives, development of a research plan and methodology, performing research, synthesizing findings with supporting data, and report development.
Ensures the end-user voice is represented throughout the product development process and that the user experience is consistent with the user experience strategy.

Uses appropriate research methodology, tools, and protocols to conduct user-centered research.
Analyzes subjective and objective data both qualitative and quantitative to gather deep end-user understanding.
Performs usability/heuristic evaluations and validations across the product or solution lifecycle.
Communicates research insights resulting in recommendations and priorities for user-centric design.
Defines the most usable workflows that align with the explicit design philosophy for products and/or solutions.
