This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being part of a team and has strong communication and organizational skills. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our daily operations and ensure that our office runs smoothly.
OVERVIEW:
Entry level position
M-Th 8:00-5:00p
Overtime possibility during tax season
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive and answer client inquires via phone and email
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
Communicate with and schedule clients
Prepare payroll and payroll tax returns
Provide ongoing customer support and relationships.
Provide administrative support to the team.
Compile individual, business, non-profit ans sales tax returns (We Train)
