Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our financial recordkeeping. This position plays a vital role in our operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting, compliance with financial regulations, and smooth financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all aspects of the company’s accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
· Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
· Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
· Prepare financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
· Handle tax filings, including sales tax and payroll taxes.
· Maintain accurate records and assist in audits when necessary.
· Oversee cash flow and budgeting to support business decisions.
· Work closely with management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks (or other accounting software) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, including writing applicable journal entries.
· Experience with payroll processing and tax compliance.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
