CheckMark, Inc. has developed accounting and payroll software for over 35 years and proudly serves thousands of small businesses across the United States and Canada. Our products run on both Windows and Macintosh computers. We also provide accounting and payroll services for clients who prefer not to do it themselves.
We have an opening in our organization for a motivated individual to join our team in customer service and software support. Duties will include phone and email communications assisting customers with our MultiLedger accounting software, CheckMark Payroll software as well as our 1099 & 1095 programs.
We are looking for someone who can learn all of our software as well as the CRM database and be able to test when feature changes and additions are added to the programs in addition to supporting our customers.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and phone skills and good computer skills. We're looking for a person with self-motivation and the ability & willingness to learn new tasks. We need an individual who can multi-task and is able to build a good rapport with customers. Knowledge of accounting and/or payroll is preferred along with good computer skills.
