Office work is at Minimum Wage to help with the day-to-day operations with customer service at our location and also offering Commission Base as well on top of the Hourly/Minimum Wage.
It's going to start getting busy for our Services that we offer so we would put you on a List with others to check your availability to see if you wanted to take on any Side Gigs, the people that work in the Office, are at the Top Of The List for the Moving and Landscaping Gigs, so everyone that's in the Office gets 1st Dibs on the Job(s) / Gig(s) and if you don't have time, or don't want to do them, then we go down the List to check with our contractors that we collaborate with.
Starting at a competitive rate, we offer $17 per hour for work outside of the office, specifically for Moving Labor and Landscaping Gigs.
There's ample opportunity for growth within the Company, including significant pay raises for crew leader positions in these areas.
Additionally, there's potential to step into a Leadership Role as a Location Operator or even Earn Equity in the Business after 24 months of dedicated work.
