We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Hot Tub Service Coordinator to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
The Hot Tub Service Coordinator serves as the main point of contact between customers and the service department. This person is responsible for scheduling service appointments, managing technician routes, processing work orders, and ensuring each customer receives timely, professional support.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and respond to customer service calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
Assign jobs and manage daily routes for service technicians.
Create, update, and close work orders in the company system.
Order and track parts, warranty claims, and repair documentation.
Maintain clear communication between the service team, sales department, and management.
Handle customer concerns or complaints with patience and professionalism.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service history.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in service coordination, dispatching, customer service, or office administration preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication — written and verbal.
Proficient in computer and scheduling software (QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, or similar).
Friendly, professional demeanor and a team-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
