Advantage Automotive is looking to fill a Service Advisor position to run the day to day operations of our repair shop. Individuals who enjoy auto service and repair sales as well as values the autonomy of running independent shop should apply. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on repeat customer sales, be a strong problem solver and enjoy working with people.

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to effectively communicate with customers and mechanics.
- Experience with estimating software such as Mitchell1.
- Leadership qualities to effectively manage and operate auto service shop.
- Ability to ; "Answer Phones", "Write Ticket", "Generate Cost Estimates/Quotes", "Take Appointments", "Order Parts", "Customer Follow Ups", "Check and Respond to Emails
