Eaton’s Best Summer Camp and After School is growing again, and we are now hiring awesome After School and Camp Coaches who are passionate about teaching children how to become the BEST!
Our program offers fun and exciting classes to children ages 5 -12! All new instructors will have the opportunity to get paid to train and learn our system!
What We Expect From You:
Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family! But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates! Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunity for upward mobility
Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community
You’d fit in here if:
You’re totally open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high 5’s (A background in child development, physical education helps as well)
You have a background in Brazilian Ju Jitsu or other martial arts (but not required)
You live to serve! Make others feel good makes you feel good
Kids really like you AND their parents really like you too
You live to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work
Requirements:
Must be 16 years or older
Must have reliable transportation
Must have a valid drivers license
Must be drug and tobacco free
Must be coachable and willing to learn our system
Must be enthusiastic and energetic
Teaching experience is a plus
Background check required
Compensation:
● $15.50-$18 per hour based on experience!
● Opportunity for commission!
● Opportunity for bonuses!
Schedule:
After School Program
● Part-Time: 1-5 days a week; 2:30p to 5:30p
Summer, Winter and Spring Break Camps (and Teacher Inservice days)
Part-Time: ½ day or full day shifts; 1-5 days a week; shifts TBD (hours of operations are 7:00a to 5:30p)
Other Work Options:
Birthday Parties, Parents Night Out, Halloween Celebration, Holiday Party; etc. (up to 4 hours)
