PLS Corporation is a growing land surveying firm located in the Loveland / Fort Collins area. We are looking for a qualified Land Survey Project Manager.
The Survey Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for overseeing land survey projects from start to finish. Including project research, field crew supervision, CAD calculations, CAD drafting, and client interaction. Survey projects types include ALTA, boundary, topographic, oil and; gas, subdivision, condominium, construction and as-built surveys. In addition, PM will need to be capable of performing Party Chief duties ±2 days a week, if needed.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of land surveying experience. Also requires at least 1 year of experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D. MS Office and Trimble Business Center (TBC) experience desired. Experience using Trimble GPS and Robotic equipment with TSC3 running Trimble Access software a plus.
