Job Title: SAP Application SpecialistJob DescriptionIn this role, you will focus on SAP-related tasks for at least the first six months, including the final phases of testing for new cash applications. Your responsibilities will include downloading bank batches from Wells Fargo and JP Morgan for multiple SAP plants and Fluid Mechanics accounts, posting various types of payments, and documenting backup in SAP or SharePoint. You will communicate with CSRs, collectors, and customers to resolve payment issues and monitor aging and unapplied cash. Additional duties involve processing interplant transactions, assisting with SAP improvements for cash applications, and reconciling accounts. You will also handle customer relationships and update the Cash Tracker daily. The role includes end-of-month balancing and monitoring the WMPC Collections inbox. You will work on ad hoc projects as needed.Hard Skills
