HIRING CNC MACHINIST IN FORT COLLINS, COJob Description:The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating on 2 axis lathes, conventional 3 axis mills, 4 & 5 axis horizontal/vertical mills, wire EDM. Your responsibilities will include machining different varieties of 160 different types of parts, running 2 machines at a time once fully trained, inspecting your own parts as they come out of the machine, and making minor machine control edits. The role requires working on Okuma Mills or Fanuc Lathe depending on experience. The candidate will also be responsible for working off blueprints.Qualifications:
2+ years of CNC machining experience
CNC mill or lathe experience
Must have experience reading blueprints
Programming experience is a plus
GD&T is a plus
Shift/Schedule:
1st shift typically 6:00 am-2:30 pm, with occasional overtime hours of 5:00am-2:30pm
2nd shift typically 2:30 pm-11:00 am, with overtime hours of 2:30pm-12:00am
Work Environment:
In our high volume, low mix production environment, we have openings on both first and second shifts.
This is a Direct Hire position with a pay rate of $25 - $35 per hour based on experience.
