Aerotek is Currently Looking for CNC Machinist OperatorsJob Description :Hiring CNC machinist with at least 5-10 years of experience operating and setting up CNC mills or lathes on their own. This position is located in Fort Collins, Colorado. This is a direct placement role paying up to $35 an hour. If you are currently looking for work as a CNC machinist, on a long-term opportunity please apply here so we can get the process started.Roles & Responsibilities :Sets up and operates CNC Mill / Lathe machines with little or no supervision and performs required process checks or inspections per the process.Identify, document and control nonconforming material according to procedures, identify and implement corrective actions to address nonconformance and implement root cause corrective actions.
Will be working on Okuma Mills or Fanuc Lathe depending on experience.
Will inspect parts as the come off machine to identify quality issues & will assess required machine adjustments.
Will troubleshoot basic machine problems.
Will be responsible for programming and working off blueprints.
