Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in FORT COLLINS, Colorado, 80526-8115, United States. You will be part of a team where your role will focus on maintaining and processing all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and Microsoft Excel.Responsibilities: Ensure the accuracy of all financial records, reconciliations, and reports. Conduct a thorough analysis of cash flow and present reports as needed. Manage the full cycle of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR). Oversee the completion of the month-end close process. Utilize Accounting Software Systems for data entry and management. Perform general ledger account analysis and reconciliations. Maintain and update Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking. Address all customer inquiries related to their accounts promptly and professionally. Assist with other accounting functions as required. Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial data. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Familiarity with all Accounting Functions Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis Understanding of General Ledger maintenance and management Experience with Month End Close procedures Proficiency in Bank Reconciliations Excellent communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
