Description:Responsible for taking daily calls from patientsVerifying insurance on the front end, answering any non-urgent questions, working with doctors to maximize schedules, learning how to triage optical issuesPartnering with Doctors to assist in the scheduling processWill take 80-100 inbound calls per dayM-F 8am-5pmAdditional Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma or GED.Call center experience preferred.Healthcare experience preferred but not required. $19/hr for candidates bilingual in Spanish$18/hr for candidates not bilingualExperience Level:Entry LevelEligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
