Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity based in Fort Collins, Colorado, for an Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR). The chosen candidate will be a part of our insurance industry team, where the primary function will be to engage in customer communication, ensuring all customer queries are resolved efficiently. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses Process customer insurance applications meticulously, ensuring all details are correct Maintain and update customer records in the database, ensuring all information is up-to-date Monitor the status of customer insurance accounts, identifying any irregularities Take appropriate action on customer accounts when necessary, such as account updates or issue resolution Engage in effective communication with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Follow industry regulations and guidelines in all customer interactions Continually enhance knowledge of insurance products to provide accurate information to customers Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information at all times. Requirements Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in a customer service role Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in using computer systems and software Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures is a plus Must be willing to participate in ongoing professional development activities.
