JOB POSTINGRecords AssociateCSU STRATA is seeking a Records Associate to work on a project over 3 to 6
months, taking approximately 100-150 hours. CSU STRATA's Technology
Transfer business unit maintains CSU inventors and intellectual property
records in Salesforce as part of its business operations. The business unit is
undertaking a project to review these data for completeness and accuracy. The
Records Associate will work with Technology Transfer staff on this project to
collect, validate, and correct inventor records/data using a variety of
sourcesQUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge/Skill/AbilitiesEducation:
Current or recent enrollment at Colorado State University.Experience/Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and/or databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Effective time management skills.

With guidance from Technology Transfer staff, review files, internal data
sources, and public data sources to ascertain and/or validate internal
inventor records data.Update Records
Update records directly in Salesforce CRM upon receiving approval. Maintain
well-organized and accurate spreadsheets of detailed information.General Responsibilities:
Perform additional duties as assigned in support of CSU STRATA's Technology
Transfer objectives.Pay: $18.00/hour
Job type: Part time, Temporary, Nonexempt that will end with project
completion. Estimated time
and effort is 100-150 hours over 3 to 6 months.

Hours: Average weekly hours is 29 or less
Benefits: Sick Leave accrual at the rate of 1 hour/30 hours worked,
to a maximum of 48 hours
