Bartender needed at Masa Hibachi Steakhouse and Sushi
Responsibilities:
This is a part time job. You come in at 4pm-closing, 4 days a week (Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat). You take bar orders for food and drinks, as well as make all server orders. You run food to the bar diners from the kitchen, use the POS, clean the bar, and restock. We need a clean person who is great with customers and has bar/cocktail experience.
Requirements:
- Previous 1 year experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to handle and serve food while adhering to proper food handling guidelines
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
