Japango restaurant is looking for an Executive (head) Sushi Chef.
We expanding our operations to Ft Collins and are looking for other talented chefs to work under the directive and creative talent of an individual that is able to teach, train and delegate to other chefs to deliver the absolute best product with superior service for our clientele. Japango is a high-volume, upscale Japanese restaurant that has served Boulder's best for over 24 years. We are extremely excited to expand into the Ft Collins area. This position requires 10-20 years sushi experience in professional kitchen, with management, executive roles and diverse menu creation. Compensation is dependent on experience and ambition.
