1. Help cook, prepare meals as directed by the Club Manager. Wrap and store food properly after each shift. Wipe down all hard surfaces in the kitchen after each shift.
2. Dispose of kitchen trash into disposal bin outside. Replace the cans with clean garbage bags after each shift.
3. Wash and put away all dishes and kitchen utensils after each shift. Run food disposal after each shift. Wipe down the dish machine.
4. Sweep and mop the kitchen, dry storage and walk-in after each shift.
5. Help with deep cleaning in the kitchen. Day and time to be determined by the Club Manager. This requires moving heavy kitchen equipment.
6. Ability and experience to use common kitchen equipment and appliances.
7. Knowledge of food safety stands and practices which must be followed.
8. Ability to multi-task efficiently.
9. Effective communication skills.
10. Good organization skills.
11. Must have reliable transportation.
12. Banquet experience preferred but not required.
13. Other work-related duties as assigned by the Club Manager.
14. Must provide at least 3 references.
15. Never convicted of a felony.
16. Agree to practice COVID 19 Local and State Guidelines.
17. Availability is required Wednesdays from 10AM–1PM to clean the kitchen. Duties determined by the Club Manager.
18. Availability is required on Thursday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (or later to complete work duties) for cooking and post-shift kitchen cleaning. NOTE: Orders can be taken by the bartender/waitstaff until 7PM.
19. Availability is required Fridays from 2PM to 9:00M (or later to complete work duties). NOTE: Orders can be taken by the bartender/waitstaff until 8PM.
20. This position is a year-round, part-time, non-salaried, no benefits position
21. This position reports directly to the Club Manager.
22. Salary range is $14.81 per hour
23. Pay periods are bi-weekly.
