Responsibilities/Qualifications
Food preparation & execution for busy restaurant. Must have strong experience in high volume/fast-paced kitchen (minimum of (3) years experience please).
Participates with a diverse group of line cooks and prep staff.
Follows recipes, portion controls & presentation specifications as set by RMRG Standards.
Maintains a sanitary environment in the BOH.
Has understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the kitchen.
Responsible for ensuring that the cleaning, sanitation & organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas are kept in compliance with RMRG standards.
Adheres to proper storage and hierarchy of food.
