Sugar Salt Sand is looking for an expo. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train. Our Expo will be the link between the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring orders are processed and delivered efficiently. Their primary responsibility is to manage the flow of food, checking accuracy, presentation, and timing before dishes are sent to the tables. They also communicate with both the kitchen and waitstaff, ensuring smooth service and addressing any issues.
