This position is one that I have tried to fill since covid when people lost their brains. Because of the hours, it needs to be somebody who has no life. This is my last ditch effort. You'll need to be a fun person with morals, but not a prude. You'll also need tons of patience because of my care. I'm female and not elderly, but not a wipper snapper. I prefer to call myself well seasoned. I'll be upfront about my care, it's off the charts until you get it which takes time.
The hours are Tuesday Thursday 730-730pm and Saturday Sunday 730-7pm. Plus possible fill in hours. Some of your duties would be hoyer and outings and that can be a lot of fun. I like thrift stores and the museum. People usually think I'm bedbound, but I would not let my condition stop me. I don't think that doctors know very much and try to avoid them. I have one medication I take in my nebulizer.
