Customer Service Specialist

Covell Care and Rehabilitation is a one-of-a-kind mobile outpatient practice offering physical, occupational, and speech therapies as well as counseling and fitness training. We are looking to add a Customer Service Specialist to our admin team in Northern Colorado. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for an entry-level position with room to grow in a small, fast-paced business.

Job Purpose: To assist in managing and organizing daily office tasks ensuring HIPAA policies and guidelines are followed. Provide outstanding customer service, communication, and assistance in all business practices to support excellence in overall business operations. Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and answer company phone M-F, 9-3

-Return all calls within 24 business hours

-Manage and respond to all intake emails within 24 business hours of receipt

-Manage and download all faxes daily, email to the appropriate department

-Update referral caseload with all new referrals from phone, email, and/or fax

-Respond to all emails within 72 business hours

-Maintain excellent reliability and trustworthiness

-Report all concerns about client care

-Data entry into all company programs required

-Communicate regularly with contractors, supervisors, team members, clients, and/or referral sources

-Attend monthly staff meeting and company events

-Facilitate Google reviews for the company

-Offer information for monthly newsletters for community and/or contractors

-Implement self-care strategies to avoid burn-out

-Other duties as assigned

Title: Customer Service Specialist

Reports to: Owner

Based: Home or office, both options are available

Schedule: Full-time position, 32-40 hrs/week, M-F

Pay Structure: Starting at $16/hr
