Dental Assistant Needed
Our state of the art dental office in west Greeley, Bryan Casseday D.D.S., is looking for a full-time Dental Assistant, Monday through Thursday. The candidate must be a team player, self-directed, positive, and enthusiastic. Also, show professionalism in speech and conduct. We are a family dental practice, providing a caring environment and top quality care, receiving one of 5280 Magazine's Top Dentist awards for over 10 years. Minimum of 5 years of experience is preferred, and knowledge of dental software (Dentrix), and experience using digital scanning (Cerec) and a milling machine is helpful.
Dental Assisting responsibilities:
Prepare treatment rooms for patient care and strategically plan out the flow of treatment for the day.
Chairside assisting.
Lab skills, taking impressions, digital x-rays (copy of x-ray certification), placement of sealants, and making temporary crowns/bridge.
Charting of patient visit on the computer.
Sterilization of instruments.
Answering patients questions regarding dental procedures and follow-up care.
Knowledge of dental specialties regarding referrals.
