Patient is a sick/disabled woman in her 30's who needs daily care. Currently offering up to 40 hours a week for this position.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under supervision of management and health care providers
Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, bathroom, and feeding
Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Assist with patient mobility and transfers
Administer IV infusions and medications as directed by management and healthcare professionals
Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records
Assist with patient education and provide emotional support
Must be capable of being proactive and self directed when supervising parties are not present
