Location: Northern Colorado (Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, and surrounding areas)
Type: On-Call / Per Diem – Every Other Weekend
Shift: 13-hour on-call shifts (8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday)
Compensation:
-$80/day stipend if not called in
-$50/day stipend plus $19–$20/hour when working a scheduled shift and Mileage reimbursement if called in
Description:
We’re hiring a dependable Weekend On-Call Caregiver to support seniors across Northern Colorado. This role covers every other weekend, with 13-hour on-call shifts from 8 AM to 9 PM on both Saturday and Sunday. You’ll be ready to step in when needed to provide essential non-medical care with skill and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
-Operate mechanical lifts for immobile clients
-Travel to fill open shifts across our service area
-Excellent at working in various client personalities and home environments
Physical Requirements:
-Safely help lift, help transfer, and help reposition clients. Position requires the physical ability to support or stabilize a client’s weight during ambulation, transfers, and repositioning.
-Use mechanical lifts safely and with confidence
Qualifications:
-3 years of caregiving experience (home care, facility, or related setting)
-Based in Fort Collins or Loveland
-Excellent communication and adaptability
-Flexible, versatile, reliable, and punctual
-Very responsive to texts, phone calls, and emails during on-call shifts
-Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
-Must pass background check
