Northern Lights Home Care, LLC is a new and growing non-medical home care agency. We are looking for the right person to grow with us and help shape the foundation of our company.
We are seeking a Part-Time Home Care Administrator / Care Provider who has at least 2+ years of supervisory experience in home care or healthcare. If you meet the experience requirement but need administrator training or certifications — we will pay for all required administrative certifications and provide full training.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both administrative work and hands-on caregiving, and who wants to grow into a long-term leadership role as our business expands.
Position: Part-Time Administrator / Home Care Provider
Hours: Part-time (flexible)
Compensation: Based on experience – competitive & negotiable
Service Area: Greeley, Windsor, Johnstown, Milliken, Evans, and surrounding areas
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of supervisory experience in home care, home health, assisted living, or healthcare
A dependable, compassionate, organized individual
Someone who wants to grow with a new agency and build something meaningful
Experience providing direct client care (PCA/Caregiver level or higher)
Must pass background check & drug screening
Must have reliable transportation
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Preferred but NOT required:
Administrative or manager experience
Experience with care planning, compliance, scheduling, or client assessments
CNA, QMAP, or other healthcare certifications (not required)
