900 sqft ceiling needs sanding for preparing for Level 5 finish. Looking for someone with your own drywall sander with vacuum attachment, vacuum, and 100 to 150 grit sanding pads. I will also need any low spots back filled with mud. I have mud and 24” knock down knife. Existing ceiling has skim coat of mud and it just needs to be sanded down so I can prime and paint. Will pay $300. Should only take 3-6 hours total.
