About the job:
- Exterior & interior window cleaning (residential work)
- Paid training — 3 months of experience needed
- Looking for full-time team members who can stick around for at least a year.
- Work outdoors, stay active, and get paid well
We’re looking for:
- Punctual, honest, and detail-oriented people
- Comfortable on ladders and roofs
- Friendly attitude — we work around customers
Requirements: Clean driver’s license
Reliable personal vehicle
Must pass a background check
Must speak English clearly
No felony convictions
Must live in or near Longmont, CO
Available for full-time work (Monday–Friday)
Committed for at least 1 year (Not just summer)
Must be drug- and alcohol-free while on the job
Must pass a drug test if required
No recent substance abuse issues that would impact reliability or performance.
