We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Greenhouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks withe the focus on watering and fertilizing orchids. The Greenhouse Worker will contribute to the overall success of our growing operations by ensuring that plants are healthy, thriving, and well-cared for.
Duties
Assist in planting, watering, and fertilizing plants in the greenhouse.
Perform routine maintenance tasks including pruning, weeding, and pest control.
Utilize hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
Monitor plant health and growth, reporting any issues to supervisors.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse environment.
Skills
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for plant handling and maintenance.
Basic math skills for measuring soil, fertilizers, and other materials accurately.
Familiarity with growing techniques for various types of plants is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions effectively.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
