Residential excavation company needing heavy equipment operator FOREMAN. Job location may change due to new contracts being accepted. Candidates must be reliable, trustworthy, hard working, work well with others, problem solver, drama free, organized, able to lead a team. Must be able to operate dump truck, loader, mini excavator, excavator, and skid steer. Must be able to set grade/benchmarks, read plot plans, read grades sticks, ect. Must have 2 years experience in RESIDENTIAL EXCAVATION. Scope of work includes digging basement/crawl spaces, gas service trenches, install sewer/water laterals, backfill around foundations, rough grades, final grades on lots and some dirt hauling. Pay range of $25-28/hr dependent on experience. Bi-monthly paychecks. Medical and Dental insurance available after 60 days. Other benefits available.
