We are seeking dedicated laborers with a strong landscaping background or outdoor heavy general labor experience to join our team immediately. You will be performing various labor-intensive tasks, primarily focused on landscape work, as we near the completion of a significant project at Moraine Park Campground in Rocky Mountain National Park.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general laborer duties, primarily focused on landscaping.
- Install temporary fencing by driving metal stakes 6-8 inches into the ground.
- Conduct traffic control to ensure the safety of the work area.
- Implement Best Management Practices (BMP) to minimize environmental impacts.
- Perform tree protection duties by installing fencing around root zones.
- Assist with grade work while other crews are pouring concrete.
- Maintain environmental protection in the park, adhering to strict guidelines.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in construction, landscaping, and general labor.
- Ability to install temporary fencing and conduct traffic control.
- Familiarity with silt fence installation and dirt work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in topsoil grading.
- Ability to work independently and handle the physical demands of the role.

Work Environment:
Work hours are from 6 AM until the job is done, typically 50 hours over 5 days with 10-hour shifts. Opportunities for additional hours are available based on reliability and work ethic. The role involves working outside in all weather conditions within Rocky Mountain National Park, near the Estes Park entrance. Due to poor phone service in the area, candidates must be able to work independently and be dependable.
