Position: Lawn Care Field Technician
Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (April 1st through October/November)
Location: Loveland, Colorado
Pay: $18 per hour (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Job Description:
As a Lawn Care Field Technician, you will be essential in maintaining the health and beauty of our client's lawns. Responsibilities include performing aerations, power rakes, organic fertilization, seeding packages, weed control applications and sprinkler audits/repairs. This role requires working independently, effectively communicating with clients, and maintaining the operation of trucks, machinery, and equipment. You will learn LawnTender’s unique approach to organic lawn care and are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and dedication.
Experience in lawn care, tree care, or irrigation is desirable but not required.
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
Basic mechanical skills for routine maintenance of equipment.
Physical capability for labor-intensive work, including lifting and outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
Ability to operate company vehicles (valid driver's license required).
