We are hiring for Landscaping Grounds Care Crew Chief!
Rollins Landscaping is small business in Fort Collins that's been around for over 40 years! We are looking for an individual to act as a Crew Chief for our grounds crew. Various tasks to be performed include mowing, trimming, edging, cleanup and more. On a daily basis you will run mowers (commercial and/or push), blowers, trimmers and other landscaping equipment. Early start mornings (typically 7:00am).
Requirements:
Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must. A positive attitude and ability to take directions will be needed on a daily basis. We need reliable individuals that take pride in their work and are detail oriented.
Physically able to working in various weather conditions for long periods of time.
Physically able to lift 50lbs. Can bend, stoop, twist consistently throughout the day.
Experience with mowers, trimmers, blowers and other lawn equipment preferred, but not necessary. Will train the right person.
Must have interpersonal skills. Will be required to run or oversee projects working closely with customers and other employees.
Valid Driver's License with a clean record preferred. Experience driving trucks and trailers necessary.
At least 18 years old.
References required.
Job Compensation:
Depending on experience:
Crew Chief: $15.00 - $18.00/hour - DOE
Monday - Thursday with 10 hours a day.
Some Fridays as needed.
Seasonal bonus will be applied at end of season for good attendance and work.
Raise offered after 30 days review.
