Multi-family apartment community is currently seeking a candidate for a seasonal, Temp Maintenance Aide in the Fort Collins area. This position will be full time during the seasonal period.
Day to day responsibilities will include painting, grounds maintenance and general assistance preparing apartments for move-in. This person will also help with seasonal needs.
The key candidate will possess:
General knowledge of maintenance principles
Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
Ability to perform assigned tasks
Ability to perform duties with limited supervision
Ability to work in as part of a team
Competitive hourly wage. This position is temporary and will end on September 12, 2025. This position works Monday- Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
