Pay: $18 Hour - 10 Hours a week
Duties:
- Prepare vacant units, as needed, for new tenant ensuring that the unit meets the company’s standards/checklist.
- Ability to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to ability to walk property, to complete physical tasks, climb ladders, shovel snow, use a blower.
- Operate a variety of equipment and machines including saws, drill presses and various hand and power tools to perform repair and maintenance work; maintain tools and equipment in a safe, clean, and proper working condition.
- Portray a professional image in the maintenance office and shop. Keeping them neat and clean and all work areas organized and free of clutter.
- Ensure that you are dressed and groomed professionally, also always having protective eye wear available.
- Be available for quick responses per Company policy, on-call duties are required, during winter months.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
Must be self-motivated, efficient and respectful.
