Flexible Schedule
- Prepare vacant units, as needed, for new tenant ensuring that the unit meets the company’s standards/checklist.
- Ability to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to ability to
operate a variety of equipment and machines including saws, drill presses and various hand and power tools to perform repair and maintenance work; maintain tools and equipment in a safe, clean, and proper working condition.
- Be available for quick responses per Company policy, on-call duties are required, during winter months.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
