What We're Looking for:
Previous experience in pole barn, framing, or general construction
Comfortable using power tools, reading plans, and working at heights
Positive attitude with leadership potential and problem- solving mindset
Able to lift 50+ lbs. and work in all weather conditions
No Experience needed. Willing to train.
Job Duties Include:
Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
Framing and structural assembly
Setting posts, trusses, and metal roofing/ siding
Using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
Site prep and clean-up
