Small family owned custom door and millwork business seeking individual that is a team player and has experience running machinery such as a molder, rip saw, planner, sander, and has knowledge in pre-hanging doors. Searching for a team leader with shop manager experience. Duties will include understanding work orders, doing take offs on orders to get materials into production. Communcation with sales, and manager. Understanding drawings and what is expected to accomplish end product. Great deal of attention is required to quality and safety in the shop. We are in search of the right candidate to take on essentially running the shop as well as 4+ employees at a time.
