Skilled Laborer/Operator
Kelley Dewatering and Construction Company, located in Gilcrest, Colorado is a local water well drilling and construction company which offers professional service as a subcontractor to municipalities, construction, and consulting engineer firms. Our involvement in construction dewatering is complete from research to installation to completion of the project.
⢠We are looking for hardworking, skilled laborers and operators for our company. We have long term work available for the right candidate. Applicants should have basic knowledge of the construction industry, with experience in dewatering, water well or oil well drilling helpful but not required and have access to reliable transportation.
⢠Ideal candidates will be highly motivated and capable of working with minimal oversight and follow directions closely. Additionally, they should be familiar with construction safety standards and procedures.
⢠Candidate will be driving to and loading/unloading equipment to jobsites up and down the Front Range, as well as help setting up/clean up jobsites. They also should be able to perform general maintenance on equipment and vehicles and provide labor support to our crews.
Job Requirements
⢠Dewatering/ well drilling/ oil drilling experience helpful, not required
⢠Must have reliable transportation to and from jobsite
⢠Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
⢠Be able to drive a skid steer
⢠Must be able to pass drug test
⢠Willing to work weekends during busy season
⢠Willing to work in all weather conditions
⢠Stand and walk the majority of the shift
⢠Good verbal and written communication skills
⢠Job advancement possible for hard worker
⢠Must be able to travel around the Front Range
⢠Occasional overnight travel required
⢠Be able to lift 50+ lbs.
⢠Full time 40+ hrs.
⢠Pay rate dependent on experience and if applicant has CDL
Employment review and possible raise after 90 days.
Benefits include insurance and holiday pay after 90 days.
