Key Responsibilities:
Align, calibrate, and test hardware components following standard operating procedures
Maintain compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO standards
Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and ensure product quality
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and production quality
Keep a safe and clean workspace by following all safety protocols
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) to follow SOPs/work instructions
Basic proficiency in Microsoft applications
Experience using hand tools is a plus
Ability to perform assembly tasks with attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a focus on quality and efficiency
Ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive movements
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
0-2 years of relevant experience (experience in a regulated industry like FDA or ISO preferred)
