A small business is looking for a part time employee to fill an office admin position.
Duties include:
Creating orders
Answering phones
Invoicing
Bill Pay
Shipping
Contacting vendors
Other tasks as needed
Physical requirements of the job include being able to lift 40lbs. We are on the second floor of a business without an elevator.
Some experience is preferred, but training is provided.
Hours are flexible.
Business hours are M-F, 8-5
