Office Coordinator / Admin Assistant

We are seeking one or more employees to join our team who would thrive in an atmosphere of doing many and varied tasks.

We are in a technology customer service industry with a number of roles to fill, not necessarily by the same person, including reception, shipping/ receiving, marketing, customer service, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

The schedule is flexible. This can be part time or full time. Recent high school or college graduates are welcome to apply as much of this work is able to be learned on the job.

The most important skills/qualities are:

Attention to detail and an ability to read fine print.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Excellent customer service skills – putting the customer first

Ability to prioritize and work quickly.

Willingness to learn and improve

An ability and enjoyment of multitasking

Skills /Experience that would be helpful, but not required:

Experience with Quickbooks / Bookkeeping

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

An enjoyment of science

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to organize workflow and manage schedules

Willingness to work well with others
