We are a family owned and operated carpet cleaning business located in Loveland, CO. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills to join our office staff full-time.
Job Requirements
-The ability to multitask while under pressure is essential as we are a very busy office with near constant communications via phone and email coming in throughout the day.
-A willingness to learn our business. A key part of communicating with our customers is being able to accurately answer questions regarding our services, processes, products, and pricing.
-Flexibility is key when it comes to helping our customers. Though we do have general guidelines to follow, we tailor our services to best suit the individual needs of our customers.
-The ability to schedule and route jobs based on location and job length for a smooth workday flow for our technicians.
-Strong customer service skills.
-Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Google Sheets.
-Data entry, invoicing, and processing payments.
-Minor physical requirements for checking in and helping to load area rugs.
Though not required, experience with Service Monster (our scheduling program), and Spanish speaking are a definite plus.
