We are currently expanding our team and have openings for both full and part-time positions (minimum 20 hours per week) within our online auction and estate sale company. Join us at the Eaton Auction Center in Eaton, CO.
As a successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in physically preparing items for online auctions. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to catalog and arrange items, and oversee the preview and pickup of items at various locations along the Front Range. The majority of the work will be based at our Eaton Auction Center.
Successful past team members have diverse backgrounds, including experience in retail, food service, or online sales. We have also welcomed individuals embarking on a second career. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with the public.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Arrange, move, and catalog items for online auctions and auction set-up.
2) Manage load-outs and home clean-outs.
3) Package and ship sold items.
4) Undertake various duties to assist individuals and businesses in problem-solving.
Qualities We Value:
1) Physical strength and stamina to work on your feet all day, lifting, and moving boxes and somewhat heavy objects.
2) Team player with effective communication skills.
3) Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols.
We have a high demand for our services and are actively seeking dedicated team members. Full-time positions offer some flexibility, primarily between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Weekend availability is a plus. Starting pay ranges from $15-17 per hour, commensurate with experience, work ethic, and productivity, with ample room for advancement.
