As our business continues to grow, we’re seeking a motivated Hot Tub Salesperson who’s passionate about helping customers find the perfect spa for their needs.

Position Summary:

The Hot Tub Salesperson is responsible for guiding customers through the sales process — from greeting them in the showroom to closing the sale. This person will build relationships, educate clients on product features, and ensure a positive buying experience. No prior hot tub experience is required, but strong sales ability and great people skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assess their needs in a friendly, professional manner.

Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and financing options.

Maintain expert-level knowledge of product lines, warranties, and promotions.

Follow up with leads and manage customer relationships through the entire sales process.

Prepare and process quotes, invoices, and sales documentation.

Help maintain showroom displays, cleanliness, and inventory organization.

Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications:

Previous retail, showroom, or inside/outside sales experience preferred (hot tub, pool, furniture, or home improvement sales a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong closing ability and confidence working with customers in-person and over the phone.

Basic computer and CRM skills.

Reliable, professional, and motivated to succeed.

Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings as needed.

Full-time — includes weekends (days off during the week)

Pay Range:

$50k and up to 100k plus]+ annually (base + commission)
