This part-time role combines sales, client service, and event execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Compensation starts at $20 per hour, plus tips and commissions, which can equal up to $40/hour or more.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
Conduct bridal venue tours that convert leads into bookings. This would be 15 hours per week.
Present packages, pricing, and custom options with confidence
Follow up with prospects and meet monthly booking goals
Client Communication
Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of each couple’s preferences and needs
Offer planning support and vendor recommendations when appropriate
Qualifications
Experience in event sales, coordination, or hospitality (wedding experience preferred)
Strong sales, organization, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with CRM systems and Google applications
Must be available weekends, evenings, and some holidays
Must be able to lift and move items for event set-up and tear-down as needed.
Wedding Coordination
Serve as the couple’s main point of contact from booking to wedding day. (This could be additional hours to the sales position, or be hired separately.)
Host weddings onsite, managing the timeline, vendors, and venue logistics
Attend planning meetings, walkthroughs, and final detail calls
Ensure a seamless, stress-free day for the couple
