We are a Residential Property Management Company adding additional appliance vendors to service our growing portfolio of over 500 properties that consists of single family homes, townhomes, condos, and small apartment buildings.

**We pay all our vendors on a weekly basis!

Vendor Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 million in liability insurance is required.
- Workers compensation is required if you have paid employees.
- Lead Based Paint Certification for all handymen or vendors that would be required to cut holes in walls. Please visit this website http://www.leadclasses.com/cities/denver to learn more.
- Ability to accept credit card payments.
- Work orders will be emailed to you providing the scope of work, address and tenant contact information.
- You are required to call the tenant within 24 hours to schedule when the work can be completed.
- Before and after pictures need to be taken and submitted with your invoice.
- Receipts for materials purchased for the job must be submitted with your invoice.
- Any assigned work order that can potentially go above $200 requires approval by us.
Pricing Structure:
In an effort to continuously exceed our customers' expectations. We must provide very competitive rates so that we are selected to complete the work.
- Appliance work: Per bid basis.
-With invoices submitted weekly, we pay weekly.
