We are looking for experienced cabinet installers for a multi-family apartment project. Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in cabinet installation. This is a 1099 sub-contractor position. Our ideal situation would be to find a crew that can handle all the installs. The units are basic and straight-forward. The cabinets will be stocked in the units prior to install.

Located in Longmont
223 unit’s total with a pace of about 12 per week
Frameless cabinets with pulls, no crown or light rail
Job Requirements
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable transportation
Must possess all tools required to complete the work
English speaking
Must carry, maintain, and provide proof of limited liability insurance - $1,000,000 policy
2 years of recent cabinet installation experience is a MUST
Must complete weekly reports on work completed and invoicing
Pay
Pay is calculated by piece work and pays per unit
Average pay per unit
Pay is distributed weekly but 2 weeks in the rears
Pay is distributed via direct deposit.
